MSU Private 5G Network
Michigan State University’s private 5G network is a fully operational platform for research and experimentation in intelligent wireless systems. Built using commercial O-RUs and O-CUDU, the network comprises five indoor radio units and one outdoor radio unit and supports more than 20 smartphones within the building. It supports xApps and rApps, enabling researchers to develop and evaluate intelligent network control, optimization, and automation techniques in a real-world environment.
